Everyone is burnt out. It's not their fault.

They need to work faster and stop relying on me so much. My manager relies on me to pick up the slack and Northwestern Hospital find every single reason to not give me a raise meanwhile I’m doing everybody’s job from multiple departme

My coworkers lack the ability to listen to people within your ready and more knowledge than themselves. Their education level makes them thank that they know more than they actually do.
