Arnaud Belisaire ā Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright
Executive Bio
Mr. Arnaud Belisaire has been a Partner at Norton Rose LLP since May 2011. Mr. Belisaire has been involved in a number of wind farm and solar acquisition and financing transactions and in other infrastructure financing in the energy sector, mainly on corporate, property, regulatory and contractual aspects (among other things, negotiation of share purchase agreements, turnkey and turbine supply agreements). He also assists clients in transactions related to solar power plants. He is also involved in the works of the photovoltaic commission 'SOLER' and he is a Member of the solar power association 'Enerplan'. Mr. Belisaire obtained a degree in French and British Law from the University of Rennes and a postgraduate degree (LLM) in International Law from the University of Exeter. He also studied at the University in Aix-en-Provence where he was awarded with two other postgraduate Law degrees (DESS and DJCE). He has been admitted to the Paris Bar in April 2000.
