Fiona Reilly — Partner at Norton Rose Fulbright

Ms. Fiona Reilly is a Partner at Norton Rose LLP's London Office. Ms. Reilly is head of our nuclear services group at Norton Rose LLP. For over 12 years, she has been involved in the nuclear industry. She is familiar with and has worked on all aspects of the nuclear cycle from new build and licensing to decommissioning, fuel storage and waste management. She has a detailed understanding of the international regulatory framework within which the nuclear industry works and frequently advises on liability regimes, regulatory and reporting requirements as well as contracts relating to the development, construction, operation and maintenance of nuclear stations and the fabrication, storage and reprocessing of nuclear fuel. Ms. Reilly is a Solicitor Advocate, holds LLB, LLM in International Business Law and is a member of the CIArb, a Committee member of TeCSA, a member of the IBA, a member of the INLA and a member of Women in Nuclear. Ms. Reilly undertakes a mix of contentious and non-contentious work. Ms. Reilly was seconded to Sizewell B Nuclear Power Station as Contracts Manager for a joint venture of ALSTOM and Framatome (now Areva).
