Mr. Tim Marsden is a Deputy Managing Partner at Norton Rose LLP. Mr. Marsden is a recognised expert in the fields of investment trust and other collective investment vehicles, AIM and financial services, and sits on the Law Society company law collective investment scheme sub-committee. He also advises on corporate finance transactions both on-shore and off-shore. Mr. Marsden's fund management clients include Foreign & Colonial, Jupiter, Henderson Global Investors and Gartmore, whilst his investment banking clients include HSBC, UBS Warburg and Collins Stewart. His mainstream corporate finance practice covers financial institutions, retailers and technology in the UK and in emerging markets. He also advises on public and private company M&A particularly in the financial services sector and on a cross-border basis. He qualified as a solicitor in 1984 and became a partner in 1993.
