Norton Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I am happy with my medical coverage. The cost/deductable is reasonable for a "PRN" employee.

I like insurance and PTO benefits.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Norton make is clear to everyone that you are replaceable. Which translates to "you don't matter".

With the inflation, why contractors are paid way more thsn the regular employees
