Everyone is out for themselves. Leadership is the worst it has ever been. Administration are BIG HEADED, NASTY, JUDGEMENTAL, I could go on. Nortons is the biggest micromanagement company I have ever seen. SOOO many negatives....

New Ownership or better administration.

Communication, practice what they preach, rounding, caring about staff and not numbers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Norton make is clear to everyone that you are replaceable. Which translates to "you don't matter".
