Needs strategic vision, don't just speak goals. Formulate plans and allocate the resources.

Take a good look at your leadership team. Very unprofessional and its not a good look for this company.
Leader should be transperant on future missions, should listen and get feedback and should transformational. Like autocratic leadership make people frustrated on the job and the organization.

Better health care and bonus
More bonus on years of greater sales as well as anhigher base salary due to inflation
I am paid below minimum band but hasnt been fixed
We are not recieving enough that's all
I am not onboard to the organization, but I am following 100% the way of Novo Nordisk operates, we are treated in different angle, getting the job done with the expectation of Novo Nordisk. Treating as third party employee.
