Paid overtime after meeting billable hours

Bonuses based on production if you work over full time you'll get paid additional wages

The Auto Allowance that scales up based on salary.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was hired for too little

Pay is ok but they should have paid for attending events after clocking in hourly.

Pay a market wage for the state you are living in, not based on Utah where the company is from.

I was a salaried employee treated and paid as an hourly employee; any questions about this treatment brought retaliation.
