The company still sees itself as a small business accounting solutions provider. If they continue to think small NowCFO will always be a minor service provider.
All of it’s businesses are suffering. Nothing can help NowCFO, short of a management pogrom or liquidation of management starting with Jim Bennett.
The business model works with low level companies, the Now CFO model does not scale for medium or large companies. Now CFO doesn't have the ability or the people to work at that level.
How's the work life balance at NOW CFO?
There is no work life balance
It doesn't exist, partners call you on the weekend. No sense of an employee personal time with family at all.
If answering calls from the partner on the weekend and being forced to work while on vacation is a work life balance then its great.
How's the vacation policy at NOW CFO?
Vacation doesn't exist, you are expected to work all the time.
There is no such thing as a vacation, you are on call all the time.

I can't think of one single exciting aspect of working for Now CFO.

Consultants usually don't work in the office.

What is the onboarding process like at NOW CFO and how long does it last?
NowCFO is a horrid organization, certainly the KMart of accounting services: 1. Leadership is impotent and does not help move the business; 2. There is no corporate direction; etc. The NowCFO organization has been passed over by firms like The Connor Group simply because there was no tangible value to the acquisition, no upside, customers of NowCFO would cause a decrease in the Connor Name Brand.

That joining NOW CFO was a huge mistake both career and growth wise.

Pay is deplorable, the more you make the faster your are up for layoff when the engagement is over.
