The leadership team is demanding but fair, provides clear goals and objectives but gets out of the way to allow the organization to realize the potential of their markets with the gifts and talents they inherently possess. It feels like a family.

Leadership is cult like. Very cut throat and drama filled.

Better at managing people, not something esoteric like applying a management principle but something simple like learning to apply empathy or being a human being to one another.

I was hired for too little

Pay is ok but they should have paid for attending events after clocking in hourly.

Pay a market wage for the state you are living in, not based on Utah where the company is from.

I was a salaried employee treated and paid as an hourly employee; any questions about this treatment brought retaliation.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have a team of highly skilled and dedicated team members who excel in the roles they fill. We are allowed to fail, as long as we're learning along the way.

Some people are motivated by fear and pressure & competition.

They hold each other accountable, and to a high work ethic standard. We all have our fun together, but also get down to business and work smarter, not harder to get success.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Less micro management and more constructive advice

Hiring qualified people to work with instead of the qualified morons who have no background in accounting.

Peers are glorified book keepers, no sense of US GAAP, best practices in accounting or common sense. These are community col grads.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

It's good to work for a company he's constantly growing and finding new ways to get business to keep employees busy

The culture is one that if you want to be social and connected - you are, the team out of SLC really provides help to follow up with prospects and clients and really aid in getting meetings set and the admin work for the BDR.

Management stop stealing leads and talking behind people back.

The NowCFO Organization reeks of desperation and uses pricing to attain market presence. In short term, clients see the service as cheap.

Working with a professional team where most are aligned toward a common goal.

I have the flexibility to really provide a niche service and aid to business owners and companies to help them achieve their financial goals, and run clean books with clear vision of where they are going and what needs to be set in place to get there.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no value to be seen from a company that accepts bullying from customers.

Turnover +100%, is that enough?

Partner will throw staff under there the bus at a moments notice without discussion and without provocation.
