I mostly have a sweet/sour overall experience with my company because I have always loved Pizza Hut but the rate of paid is really sad for the call center.

I have to admit in my opinion there aren't any best qualities about my team

I feel undervalued because of the the compensation should be more for the work I perform.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rate of pay is mostly definitely what's going wrong and most definitely needs to be improved.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At this point the leadership team is not very focused on the needs and lives of their employees.
