At this point the leadership team is not very focused on the needs and lives of their employees.

I feel undervalued because of the the compensation should be more for the work I perform.
I feel undervalued because the managment doesn't realize how much we do for so little pay but we do have incentives but minimum wage pay.
It doesn’t seem like management and executives truly care about the well being of the employees. All they care about is meeting their numbers and goals and forget that the people trying to achieve those are humans too and need to have

Pay rate is under standards and our portion of health care costs makes it nearly unaffordable. It also has very limited coverage.

They didn’t do it as a standard interview in an office. The manager I interviewed with took me out for coffee and the interview felt more like a chit chat than an interview so I was less nervous. All managers and companies should do

Seeing some really down to earth co workers
Providing an enjoyable and relaxing experience for the customers.
The rate of pay is mostly definitely what's going wrong and most definitely needs to be improved.
Focus more on the employees and making their jobs easier and letting them have a work life balance. Happy employees equals happy customers.
