If you keep your conservative views private and play the game, you're good. If you say one thing positive about the current administration though you are evil incarnate and your reviews will be negative.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is very, very liberal.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Quit politicizing everything we broadcast.

Again reporting the facts and the truth and not what our liberal manager wants us to say.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Maintaining a truthful slant on our news instead of always trying to put a negative light on the current events in government.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit playing politics at work. Report the news correctly and quit leaning towards one party. We should be accurate in our reporting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
If you cover up your political views and play the system it's easy to get through the interview, because you are "one of us".
