What do you like best about the leadership team?
I believe they realize a challenging situation and feel they want to lead us out

Quit politicizing everything we broadcast.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel salary ranges are deepky considered
We have great vacation time
It is very, very liberal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation that better reflects the work and responsibilities and is on par with other colleagues in similar roles.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passion. Education. Empathetic. Scrappy. Driven.
We're encouraged to develop skills and given tools to do so. The team is open to new ideas and work well together. My team is supportive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Maintaining a truthful slant on our news instead of always trying to put a negative light on the current events in government.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quit playing politics at work. Report the news correctly and quit leaning towards one party. We should be accurate in our reporting.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Im one question away from leaving
Hiring teams are asked to prepare questions ahead of time and must ask all candidates the same questions to keep things fair.
If you cover up your political views and play the system it's easy to get through the interview, because you are "one of us".
