There is only a minimum home office allowance after the probation period and a bonus scheme, which you can't really count on. There are no other extra benefits outside the salary which would be appreciated.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
NS culture is really good one, but still there is something that few of staff can't take their duty to perform. no risk is one of principle for us to do the business.

Some people/departments treat persons very badly. They can be very rude and condescending. It seems like nothing is being done about it while it has been happening for a few years.
