It's great seeing the positive reaction our products are receiving.
Our mission and drive to solve some of the toughest problems in healthcare. It can be frustrating, but ultimately the work is gratifying.

Not having to deal with big-company drama (my prior job was at a big Silicon Valley firm with 100K+ employees). Nuna is quite refreshing in comparison.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get more votes on the board so a couple of people can be voted out. Clean house and find people with actual start-up experience. What do you like best about your company?
The people are an amazing group and our mission is inspiring. Nuna does a really great job of ensuring that there is an environment where people of all walks can collaborate.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The structure is a bit flat. It would be nice to see a bit more management of processes to ensure that hard work is realized and rewarded. It can be tough to go unnoticed when so much sweat equity was spent.
