What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Nuna has always claimed to be a mission-driven company and the stated mission to my understanding was to promote value-based care, meaning the best care for the price of that care. In theory, it sounds great, but what it does, in reality, is make insurance companies and provider networks richer.

Get more votes on the board so a couple of people can be voted out. Clean house and find people with actual start-up experience. People from Google, Twitter, Square, Facebook know nothing about scaling a startup, especially a healthcare startup. Insanity is trying the same thing over and over and ex

The structure is a bit flat. It would be nice to see a bit more management of processes to ensure that hard work is realized and rewarded. It can be tough to go unnoticed when so much sweat equity was spent.
