Staff morale is low. Continue to "win" work that is outside our expertise with no formal training.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone on the team has value and attempts to perform at their best. Despite being put in roles that they are underqualified for.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

NV5 benefits are overly expensive and strongly geared towards single employees and not employee families. Time vested stock option "retirement match" seems like an attempt to dangle money in front of staff to keep them from leaving NV5.
