Executive Bio
Andrea Morrison is the Senior Vice President Human Resources at NWN Carousel and is responsible for leading all aspects of the HR strategy and our employee life cycle management, including talent acquisition and development, total rewards, inclusion and diversity, engagement and the overall employee experience. She also plays a critical role as an advisor to the Executive Leadership team by ensuring scalable HR solutions and supporting the firm’s growth-oriented culture.
Andrea joins us from Carrier Corporation, formerly part of United Technologies Corporation (UTC), where she spent 15 years in roles of progressive leadership experience in both supply chain and human resources. She most recently served as the Senior Director, HR for the technology functions where she supported the Chief digital Officer and the Chief Technology Officer in their strategic directives. Prior to joining UTC, Andrea served 9 years as an active-duty Army Officer and with the Massachusetts National Guard. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Human Resources from Indiana Wesleyan University.
In her leisure time, you will find Andrea and her husband enjoying time on the soccer field or in the Taekwondo studio encouraging their two young sons. Andrea and her family are avid sports fans.
