The merger with Freescale is still not complete, this causes a lot of instability. Strange management decisions, biased by the company they originally came from. Not understanding cultural differences ( US manager Europe employees ) US manager do not handle criticism very well

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Going east is a problem, so called cost saving, laying very experienced engineers off, replace them by new unexperienced workers in russia/india. Who will leave the company once trained
