Have sufficient professional medical staff on site. Read social media and take action as appropriate. Poor views on social media is not good for new or long term patients. Follow up seems to be an issue. I was considering becoming a member, but I feel I need to alert on my social media sites.

Once I realized the company did not care about my success- my metrics led the region- I focused more on my small team and we built a dynamic that showed improved processes and metrics. We were recognized as leading in several areas by other depts at HQ, but not by reg leaders. Forced out.
