need to be able to calll the local office where your doctor/practioner is located, rather than getting a call center at least hundreds of miles away and an agent has to send information to the local office, I can explain what I need better than someone else!!!!

Once I realized the company did not care about my success- my metrics led the region- I focused more on my small team and we built a dynamic that showed improved processes and metrics. We were recognized as leading in several areas by other depts at HQ, but not by reg leaders. Forced out.
