When I first came here, I loved it. I loved my coworkers, my role, my shareholders. I don't recognize this place anymore - figuratively and literally.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Once I received a response for submitting an application, I was kept in the know - however, that was months after submitting an application.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Let's value each other more. Someone you work with today, won't likely be there tomorrow - so appreciate what they bring to the table.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the work life balance. On site gym, group fitness room, meditation/zen room, all purpose health room. Beautiful lakeville campus with trails, basketball court, and volleyball court.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
This company is setting itself up for a buy-out. Likely by a real big player like Coke or Pepsi. The automation, thinning out, and streamlining is not for the sake of "efficiency".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focusing on Innovation and trying to keep a sinking ship afloat. Are very open to trying new things and getting employees on board and excited. Trying very hard to be transparent with employees about organizational change and transitions.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Way too much "transition" all for the bottom line. Not for purpose, not for growers, not for savings. "Transitions" come randomly and without warning. Terrible environment of fear and anxiety. Older generation with long tenure get great packages. Young employees with talent get let go.
