Compensation is very poor at this hospital for nurses.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Communication is lacking on all levels. Upper level management could be more transparent

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management and the director do not have clue on what we need or what it takes to get the job done

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The person responsible for the operating room was a CRNA. Zero skills in managing the entire OR. History of managing 30 CRNA’s. 5 nursing supervisors left that each had over 15 years of OR experience . It did not matter because the manager and director chalked it up to they left to travel
