Not as such good about compensation.. but ocrolus must give some compensation to employees to maintain their health i.e gym reimbursement .. As a part of non-corporate.. I work for 9 hours.. So I think there must be gym membership compensation in my package.

Employees in same department under different categories are paid differently. The one with lower title are getting more compensation. I feel compensation should be at same level in single department.
