
Short answer, no. If employees have been there long enough, then things are better, but the new people just flat out don't care. It comes down to; "You get what you pay for." The company pays crap and gets crap. That's why so many of us who've been here for years are moving on. We're tired of going behind the new people who don't care and redoing everything they've done wrong.
Some smart people are remaining but many have left. There are a lot of not so smart people left who are making driving the company into the ground faster.
Depends on how you define smart. The answer is a literal yes but the way we are regarded at the store level is far from appreciative or recognized.
