What are some of the best things about your team?If your manager treats you right, you respect them, and it manifests onto the team, where they work together towards one goal. There is a core of us all on the same page, wanting success of each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?All of them even if we are hiring new one's. The best part is us individually showing motivation in teaching the new ones on board to become us and not set them up for failure. We are making them join the team not hate the job.
