Unsatisfying. Run by old white men who dont value women and or people of color (none on senior leadership team) dont value non-lawyers and only value lawyers with big books of business
Run by a cabal of old white men who dont see the link between a diverse staff and financial success if the firm. There are NO women on the senior leadership team.
Leadership does not value non-lawyers
Disappointing because interview was so positive and forward thinking. Reality of day to day was the opposite
