Love my team but they’re demoralized, every employee is as risk of leaving. But we get by - a lot of gallows humor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It’s apparent that leadership is not terribly concerned about the welfare of the remaining employees and their ability to do a good job. We are consistently blocked from staffing appropriately, there is little to no appreciation conveyed by leadership specifically. Colleagues and clients are fleeing
