Good company, terrible manager, as I've stated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, my manager ruined my experience, not the company.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The pay wasn't outstanding, but it was good enough and the benefits were excellent!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I do not work there now. When I did work there, my direct manager was terrible. However, the leadership surrounding my division was great, and paid attention to my concerns.
