Treating employees equally and fairly.
They are too afraid to communicate anything with us. They have run our 80 year old business into the ground and their reputation is horrible among the industry. The decision making has been wrong consistently, leading to unplanned layoffs hurting the wage employees but not them.
Stop worrying about their stock holder (themselves) and build trust and loyalty to the people who make them money

While our CEO was in, they stop the 401k match for over a year. Not part of my bargain with the company.
Compensation for years of experience is not factored
There is no morale within the company. People are leaving the company daily.
Keep a positive attitude - let the little things go.
HR and upper management to work the same hours that we do.
A complete change beeds to happen. Leadership are compulsive liars.
Stop changing things that work. These new CEO and leadership team aren’t the smartest people, learn from history, we are making the same mistakes that we have already made and fixe
Repairing equipment that needed replaced, just keep it going.
