Work is enjoyable and the work environment is fun. However, management could be WAY better at my location, with the GM not caring for workers, and a different manager cutting hours due to gossip that she contributes to. Very petty and childish. She even forced a to-go specialist to steal. Literally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers and serving/ host manager all keep positive attitudes. We like to joke while working to keep spirits up, even when we sometimes feel under valued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. Hours are not given as they are promised, which leads to not being there long enough to serve tables to compensate for hourly wage. Stop hiring so many workers over good existing employees.
