Everyone who is slow and expects other people to do there job need to be retrain ed or fired
To follow through and make these lazy employees work to some kind of better standard of work. 2 out of 10 employees have the work ethic. That means 80 percent of workers whine and cry about having to do any basic work. Forget about asking them to do any extra work.
Overall only a few employees are even worth keeping. Can't get any of the lazy employees to work as a team. Unless they are behind and need my help, which I say is daily, couldn't do the job without someone willing to do half there work. Heaven forbid asking for that help back
I show up and not one person in my department out works me. I'm always getting called in because someone is always calling out. I feel like I could use a better position and a raise. If you all talked to any of my employees they would say, why do you work so hard there is no point. Know one cares.
