The amount of benefits offered to us, even though most of us are part-time, is unlike any other restaurant I've ever seen or heard of.

My co-workers and managers are some of the best people I've ever worked with. Even if I come in a little down, they always make my day better.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The best thing about our leadership team is that they genuinely care about us as people, not just employees. The corporate structure allows the in-store management to actually help their employees in a time of need.
