What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We get along fine as people, but are so rushed around and annoyed by higher ups all the time that people are often grouchy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Have received 10 cents in raises in 3 years. Make less than $10 an hour despite working consecutive days of double shifts, holidays, and every weekend day for over a year.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to start caring about something other than their own wallets. Stop discriminating against older employees. Stop overworking and underpaying your kitchen staff. Don't get mad when someone calls out sick for the first time in 2 years.
