I would say our kitchen staff is the best part of the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is very up beat and we can really handle busy nights together when everyone does their job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team is all over the place. I feel like they don't work together and they don't have the same expectations of the staff. The staff feels under appreciated because their is no room for growth in the company. It's disappointing.
