Support and love from my co workers make me feel like I’m wirking with family and friends

We help each other and work together instead of against each other which I have seen at ither establishments.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was asked questions to demonstrate the strengths in my personality and ability instead of my work history or college degrees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I’m a server so I live off of my tips which come from the guests not my company. I’m not happy with my tips therefore I’m not happy with how I’m valued by my customers, not Olive Garden. However, I feel my company could fix this by making gratuity included
