i honestly just want to be treated like the good employee that i am, and not feel like im being attacked and i dont want to get robbed of my working hours because they have their friends working instead

be honest about their needs and not have you guessing if you are actually going to get the job and not to waste your time by telling you to keep coming back and then they giving you a hard no
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
it needs to get better at having an employee/ manager relationship without being friends and having a favoritism cycle going on. they need to learn like an actual team and not be creating drama. they need to learn how to be professional
