It has been okay overall have had two very good managers, and some bad ones but I do believe that although guest satisfaction is important it isn't everything in the sense to where guest will complain about food on purpose just to receive free food or gift cards because they know they will get it.

Respect. Showing more respect towards employees and showing that they genuinely care.

I can't say I liked anything about it, it was very simple and I was hired on spot
