
Olo pays 100% of monthly premiums for individual and family coverage for medical, dental, and vision. Health care coverage starts on the first day of employment. To supplement the health plan, Olo provides a fully-funded Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) to every employee for out-of-pocket costs. Olo pays for basic life insurance coverage valued at 1x salary and Group Long-Term Disability Insurance is provided at no cost. Olo offers Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Plans for Healthcare and Dependent Care, Pre-Tax Commuter Benefits, Supplemental Life Insurance, and Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance. Employees receive PTO days on their first date of employment, they are not accrued. PTO days are pro-rated in the employee’s first year. Paid parental leave is available for all employees. A 401(k) plan is available for employee retirement savings.
