What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lots of autonomy on my team. I'm trusted to be where I need to be and not micro-managed.
Open communication all throughout. Leadership will genuinely root for you, support, and fight for you.
Always looking to improve and promote our core values
The CEO is great; forthright, honest, really does seem to care. However, the company has experienced explosive growth the past few years, and I don't think the newer higher-ups are cut of the same mold.
They are approachable, listen, and actively care about every team member. They take feedback and action on it. Very transparent!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits are great
Benefit coverage and stock plan is nice, base pay is lower than other companies for a similar role.
Fully funded healthcare, including the deductible
Fully paid medical, vision, and dental benefits!
Compensation is fairly good but it depends very much on your department.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As stated, my team is housed under the customer success silo, which isn't terribly fitting. CS is paid well below industry average and we aren't compared to comparable roles.
CS department is severly underpaid. Lower 25 percentile based on Radford data. Support staff is hourly and does not get paid a lot. CSMs are on the lower end for tech/SaaS with no salary negotiations.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Hard working team committed to excellence, you can tell everyone likes what they do!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Family first. Remote positive. CEO is an amazing human who walks the family first walk.

It was thorough. Communication was good and expectations were always on point.
