The CEO is great; forthright, honest, really does seem to care. However, the company has experienced explosive growth the past few years, and I don't think the newer higher-ups are cut of the same mold.
They are approachable, listen, and actively care about every team member. They take feedback and action on it. Very transparent!

The health benefits are great
Benefit coverage and stock plan is nice, base pay is lower than other companies for a similar role.

Compensation is fairly good but it depends very much on your department.
As stated, my team is housed under the customer success silo, which isn't terribly fitting. CS is paid well below industry average and we aren't compared to comparable roles.
CS department is severly underpaid. Lower 25 percentile based on Radford data. Support staff is hourly and does not get paid a lot. CSMs are on the lower end for tech/SaaS with no salary negotiations.
