Mr. Donald R. McNeeley, Ph.D. has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Tube & Iron Company, a subsidiary of Olympic Steel, Inc. since 1990 and served as its Chief Executive Officer since 1990 until January 17, 2017. Mr. McNeeley serves as President and Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Tube and Iron Corporation. Mr. McNeeley served as Chief Operating Officer of Chicago Tube & Iron Company. Mr. McNeeley's years of experience at CTI, as well as his academic background, provide a wealth of knowledge regarding the steel pipe and tubing industry. Mr. McNeeley served as the Chairman of the MSCI. He has been a Director of Saulsbury Industries, Inc. since October 17, 2016. He has been a Director of Olympic Steel, Inc. since July 1, 2011. Mr. McNeeley serves as a Director of Vail Rubber Industries. He is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University.
