Salary adjustments are due, promotions are overdue, prescription coverage is very difficult to use - have to get rx through CVS, some medications aren't covered at all that are covered under many other plans.
Globalization/transformation being mismanaged. Need a roadmap and strong leadership. Global management (particularly in Japan) is not accepting of female leaders and Western/fast approaches. Decision-making is slow and laborious. Incompetence is accepted.
