Most executives have little ego and are open to talk with employees of all levels.

None of them are leaders. They shouldn’t be in the positions they’r
What is the best part about your compensation package?
everything is more than fair.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Very slow increase in salary. Too slow for inflation adjustments. Unless you are comission base.
Salary adjustments are due, promotions are overdue, prescription coverage is very difficult to use - have to get rx through CVS, some medications aren't covered at all that are covered under many other plans.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Not sure not aloud to talk or help each other
Great people who are willing to help.
Olympus employees tend to be kind, empathic, and respectful. Just not always super competent.
Highly engaged and extreme ownership

Leaving to go home and that’s about
Flexibility and a great industry to serve

The previous manager had good questions and was super nice and helpful
Transparent about where you were at in the process
Only 2 interviews and a relatively quick decision. Not drawn out. Pointed questions.
I liked how laid back the conversation was.

What makes you most happy at work?
Not being micro managed and having control of my schedule
Impact of what we are doing as a company and the people I work with.
I love the environment and the work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Globalization/transformation being mismanaged. Need a roadmap and strong leadership. Global management (particularly in Japan) is not accepting of female leaders and Western/fast approaches. Decision-making is slow and laborious. Incompetence is accepted.
