Great experience. Company has a continuous improvement mindset. When you stop to think where we were 5 years ago and where we are now; it is exciting to think where we will be in 5 years from now.

What can this brand most improve?

Service Portal down, as well as the phone service, put on hold for an hour not able to resolve a work order to have a scope repair started. the facility currently has a service contract on all equipment. This leaves the endo center without scopes that are covered under a service contract.
