Lots of different people, lots of different and diverse backgrounds and experiences to draw upon. Ultimately, the company is way more complex in everything than it should be. Focus on the now, focus on the value, and get stuff done.

Really take a step back, and understand and focus on what makes Omaze special.

Think more like a startup. As much as Omaze wants to be a mature company, doing things has much more complexity and effort than it should be.
