We are an impact driven, social good company looking to change the world for the better by donating money to charitable institutions. Can't get much better than that.

Think more like a startup. As much as Omaze wants to be a mature company, doing things has much more complexity and effort than it should be.

New executive leadership or a changeup in the way they run things. I wish the c-suite would step down and allow more experienced individuals to come in a set a better tone for culture.
