What do you like best about the leadership team?
Really take a step back, and understand and focus on what makes Omaze special.
Very smart people who care about each other, the company, and doing the best job they can to succeed.
I really value interpersonal relationships and communication between the leadership team. I appreciate their concern for the employees. The leaders are always ready and present to help and improve our work environment. Everyone works together to make a better company all the time.
Their commitment to our virtues and spearheading us with integrity and transparency through changing times.
They constantly try to learn, grow, and share their knowledge with the rest of the team. They genuinely care about making a mark in building a better world, using the entire capacity of out company.

Human kindness and some decency
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is great and competitive. The total benefits package is great.
I am well compensated for my creative talents while making an impact in the world. That's a win/win/win!
even though we are a relatively small company, the compensation package is comparable to much bigger companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm aware I'm under market rates for my role currently.
A modern rogue capitalist company
I would appreciate a market value pay for my role along with an improved bonus structure.
Getting a raise! And actually being listened to.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passionate, compassionate, smart, likeable people who are good at what they do.
Everyone is very compassionate and understanding. They are very patient and work well together.
They are trailblazers who believe in and live by the virtues of our company and set the bar high for creativity. And are super fun and awesome to work with, too.

They deserve a bit of humanity and respect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is very friendly and all are like family members. Everyone cares for each other. We have a good thing going for us.

Omaze is filled with empathetic individuals committed to making a difference around them. That translates into a selfless work culture filled harmony and focus on the bigger picture
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Think more like a startup. As much as Omaze wants to be a mature company, doing things has much more complexity and effort than it should be.
New executive leadership or a changeup in the way they run things. I wish the c-suite would step down and allow more experienced individuals to come in a set a better tone for culture.
Company needs to prove that they value employees
What did you like most about the interview process?
My conversations during the interview process was great and inspiring.
Everyone was respectful, genuine, transparent and friendly. They represented the position and the challenges accurately. The interview process was smooth and efficient and decision was made in a timely manner.
They sell you well in the beginning but you find the truth once you get in.

Working with my coworkers and getting my work done makes me happy.
