Interview well and reach out to the company recruiters.

You must have thick skin. Don't take things personally from the kids. They are who they are, and you just have to find ways to help them when they look for it. Also, the upper-level staff can be hard to work with too, so you get it from all angles. This is a stepping stone for most people. Get in and out as soon as you can.

It depends on the location, but overall I'd say it's about average to below average.
How's the morale at Ombudsman Educational Services?
Very poor overall. Teachers are paid very poorly and the staff isn't much better. The company doesn't make enough money to keep highly qualified people, so those people only stick around if they can't find jobs elsewhere or leave teaching for other industries.

45-60 minutes. Longer if they have more people in them.

Business or Business Casual. Doesn't hurt to be over dressed.
In your opinion, what are the most common interview questions that Ombudsman Educational Services asks?
They work through your job history and specific questions to the job. For teachers, they ask about your style and how you deal with behavior problems. You will be working with some students that are very hard to deal with, so you will be asked about how you de-stress and work through very hard challenges.
How flexible is your work schedule at Ombudsman Educational Services?
As a teacher, you must be there while the center is open. You will work longer hours than when the students are there but aren't required to bring work home. If you're like most teachers though, you will bring your work home with you. The schedule really depends on the people you work with. If they are cool with you going out for lunch or taking breaks. It's really up to the team and their attitudes about how flexible they can be.
What's the work from home policy like at Ombudsman Educational Services?
There is no work from home policy for school staff. It's a school so you must be there every day. If it's a support role, you might have some more freedom, but our regional manager might only work from home once a week. It was far more likely that they are working out of whatever center(school) they have to visit for the day. It would really depend on the role of the company.
