What makes you most happy at work?

helping and controlling the flow of guest room check-ins and check-outs

Being able to do what I love.

I love what I do! The perfect day is being valued and well compensated. Coming into work and everything is functioning so I can truly focus on my guest. I can adjust the lights, offer music choices, the air conditioning is working properly throughout the spa, the elevator is running.

Knowing I get the opportunity to learn new things

Just being surrounded by great people

Making the guest welcome to a fabulous restort at Omni

Being able to learn. Learning the duties of my department, the history behind the Homestead, and seeing happy guests as they walk into my shop as well as how happy they are when they leave my shop. I like being able to brighten the guests day.
